I previously told the report that it was revealed that not only the employees of the LH Jeonbuk Regional Headquarters, but also relatives and local residents were engaged in expeditions.

Residents and realtors are complaining that it is impossible to buy this area without solid information.

In February 2018, the land of Noonsa-dong, Gwangmyeong-si, Gyeonggi-do, bought by Mr. A, an employee of LH’s Jeonbuk Regional Headquarters, with his wife.

A year later, another Jeonbuk Headquarters employee B, along with his wife, bought land about a kilometer away.

In particular, Noonsa-dong was the place where residents living in the same neighborhood as employee B’s relatives seemed to have started speculating on the expedition.

[인근 부동산 관계자 : 2년 전부터 전주 쪽에서 많이 왔어요. 전라도에서 여기까지 땅을 사러 올까? (궁금했죠.) 전화도 오고, 문의도 오고….]

At that time, Noonsa-dong was designated as a special management area until 2025, and quite a bit of development was tied up.

Moreover, Noonsa-dong is directly in contact with Siheung due to the local characteristics, but as it is close to Seoul, the market price is higher.

Since there are many forest fields and there are not many products for sale, it is said that trading is not active.

Because of this, it is speculated that the Jeonbuk LH staff, relatives, and residents had certain information.

[인근 부동산 관계자 : 나중에 개발이 전체적으로 이루어져도 여기에 들어가니까 샀겠죠. 몰랐으면 못 사죠. 어느 정도 뭘 아니까 사시는 거지, 임야 같은 걸 사시겠어요?]

In particular, the expedition speculation period was when LH was promoting the construction of the Gwangmyeong-Siheung Techno Valley.

A few months later, a member of the National Assembly first opened up a candidate for a new public residential district that the government was promoting at the time, raising controversy, including Noonsa-dong.

There are growing doubts about whether LH employees knew development information in advance and mobilized residents as well as relatives.

In particular, Mr. C, who was a former LH employee who was a former LH employee of employee B, bought the land in Noonsa-dong but was not included in the investigation, so further investigation such as the purchase process seems urgent.
