Starting this week, the government has been giving self-employed and small business owners the third disaster support fund.

However, with more than a million applications, confusion is occurring here and there, and even voices are heard that they have not yet received the secondary support.

Eun-joo Moon, who runs a yoga center, recently applied for a support fund, the third disaster support fund.

As it was closed for the second month due to the ban on gatherings, we expected 3 million won, but the support fund received was 1 million won.

When I contacted the ward office, it was difficult to figure out how many yoga and pilates companies there are, so the answer came back, saying that they gave support to the general industry, and asked to file an objection directly to get more money.

It was even more embarrassing as government officials directly posted a ban on gatherings and conducted a business survey over the phone.

The Ministry of SMEs and Startups, the ministry in charge, said that it seemed to have fallen into a computer problem and asked for a wait.

I said that I would pay back even a little if I received a subsidy from the building owner and 10 million won for the rent that I was pushed back, but my feelings grew.

The Ministry of Small and Medium Enterprises explained that there are small businesses in the blind spot that are not classified in detail by the National Tax Service or the local government’s computer, and that they will receive additional data and guide them from the 25th.

In addition, he added that he will quickly pay the second subsidy to 30,000 people who have not yet completed the document review.

Experts point out that in the first place, there was no system to directly reflect the damage situation of self-employed people, so the issue of equity was inevitable.
