The Constitution has appointed a judge for the impeachment case?

It is known that the Constitutional Judge Lee Seok-tae was appointed as the referee to take charge of the case for the impeachment trial of Deputy Chief Judge Im Seong-geun.

Judge Lee, formerly the chairman of the Progressive Attorney’s Association for Democracy, served as the chairman of the Sewol ferry disaster special investigation committee.

In 2018, Supreme Court Chief Kim Myung-soo was appointed as the Constitutional Judge.

It is said that the constitution decided to form an internal TF as well as at the time of the impeachment judgment of former President Park Geun-hye, taking into account the seriousness of the matter.

If the Constitutional Constitution designates a date for pleading sooner or later, the parties from both sides will come to court and have a legal battle.

A total of 293 people applied for the recruitment announcement for 30 investigators from the 26th of last month to yesterday.

The average competition rate is around 10:1.

Level 6, which had the highest competition rate, was 16:1 with 166 applicants applying for 10 recruits.

Yesterday, the recruitment for prosecutors from the Airborne Department was closed, and 233 people applied for the seat of 23 people.

40 people applied for the job attorney for more than 12 years of qualification as a lawyer.

For the prosecutor with a capacity of 19, 193 people with attorney qualifications for more than 7 years applied.

Airborne Minister Kim Jin-wook said that less than half of the applicants are also incumbent prosecutors.

Although incumbent prosecutors with a guaranteed retirement age can be reappointed, there were concerns that they would apply for a three-year term for prosecutors at the airlift, but surprisingly many prosecutors applied.

Investigators from the Airborne Division with a term of six years also attracted more applicants than expected.

The Ministry of Public Affairs plans to start a full-scale investigation within two months after the organization is fully established.
