The quarantine authorities have identified that there are 32 operations related to the IM Mission.

Neglect of quarantine is considered a problem, but suspicions have been raised that the unreasonable business expansion taking advantage of the corona 19 situation eventually put the whole country into infection concerns.

A six-story church in Jangji-dong, Seoul.

It is known that he has been caring for after-school students since February last year, and a survey in Seoul confirmed a connection with the IM Mission, where the group infection occurred.

More than 20 people, including students, recently had a corona19 diagnostic test, and all of them were negative.

Similarly, at a church in Garak-dong, Seoul, where educational facilities are operated, both students and teachers were tested negative.

In addition, the Seoul Metropolitan Government also tested two research institutes related to the IM Mission, and one researcher was confirmed.

The church’s facilities are also spread out in five areas in Gyeonggi-do, and two confirmed cases came from TCS International School in Anseong, which opened in May last year.

However, suspicion was raised that the unreasonable business expansion eventually raised concerns about the spread of collective infection across the country.

The scale was small in 2019 alone, but it is said that the octopus foot was expanded using the psychological anxiety of parents who were in a difficult situation for their children to study abroad and attend school due to the Corona 19 situation.

However, a church official explained that it was a problem with a boarding life where it was difficult to thoroughly manage quarantine measures such as wearing a mask, regardless of the business plan.

[IM선교회 관계자 : 기숙이니까 잠잘 때 마스크 쓰고 자지 않잖아요. 방심했겠죠, 방심.]

While the exact teaching method is still veiled, as more than 30 IM missions operating facilities nationwide are identified, concerns about the spread are not diminishing.
