The highway is tightly blocked in both directions.

In addition, at least 80 traffic accidents occurred in various places in the Gangwon area, and 94 people were injured.

The congestion of the Yangyang Line and Donghae Line in Seoul, where 700 vehicles were isolated until dawn, has now been resolved.
