The number of confirmed cases, which remained at the 300-400 mark due to the collective infection, has also rapidly increased again, making the quarantine authorities annoying.

Recently, cases of group infections have been observed in unauthorized educational facilities operated by religious groups. Where is this time?

This is TCS International School in Gwangsan-gu, Gwangju.

There are 100 confirmed infections so far.

Previously, Gwangju City tested 135 teachers, students, and members of TCS International School, but 100 were positive, 26 were negative, and 9 were not yet tested.

Most of the confirmed TCS students are underages between the ages of 6 and teens.

Earlier, the city of Gwangju recently entered the inspection of trainees in similar facilities due to a group infection at TCS Ace International School in Buk-gu.

Gwangju City confirmed that 122 students were in camp at the TCS facility in Unnam-dong and conducted a diagnostic test over two days.

As the results of the analysis are being notified, there is a possibility that the number of confirmed cases will increase more than 100.

Since the 1,479th confirmed case in Gwangju on the 23rd, 37 people, mainly at Buk-gu TCS Ace International School, were tested positive for Corona 19.

In addition to IEM International School, an unauthorized facility belonging to a religious organization in Daejeon, where there were a lot of confirmed cases, IM Mission is operating 23 educational facilities across the country, including TCS and CAS.

As a result of the outbreak of a group of religious education facilities, the number of confirmed cases surged again, right?

From 0 o’clock today to 9 p.m., 491 new confirmed cases nationwide tested positive for Corona 19.

That’s 215 more than the 276 counted yesterday at the same time.

The increase in the number of confirmed cases is because a bunch of 100 people were confirmed at the TCS International School in Unnam-dong, Gwangsan-gu, Gwangju, run by the IM Mission.

Earlier, 171 confirmed cases were also found at IEM International School in Daejeon, another unauthorized educational facility operated by IM Mission.

By region, there are 272 people in the metropolitan area and 219 people in the non-metropolitan area.

Accordingly, it is expected that 500 new confirmed cases will be announced as of 0:00 tomorrow.

Until the outbreak of group infection at IM Mission, the number of new confirmed cases remained in the 300-400 range.

The average number of confirmed cases per day for the past week was 395.

Among them, the number of confirmed cases of regional outbreaks, which is a key indicator of the adjustment of the distance-taking phase, has reached the second-level range with an average of 369 per day.

However, the number of confirmed cases is steadily increasing in related educational facilities in other regions, including Daejeon IEM International School and Gwangju TCS International School, where a large-scale group infection occurred.

In addition, as new cases of infection appear in US military bases and workplace childcare facilities, the number of new confirmed cases is growing again.
