[사회]Courts and conservative groups maintain most of the ban on assembly in Section 3 and 1…

Conservative organizations and others have requested to suspend the ban on assembly during the March 3 consecutive holidays in accordance with the quarantine guidelines, but most of them were not accepted by the court.

The Seoul Administrative Court dismissed an application for suspension of execution that was filed by the April 15 Unfair Election National Struggle Headquarters and others in objection to the disposition of the Seoul Metropolitan Government and the Ministry of Health and Welfare’s collective ban.

Along with this, the Free Wine Human Rights Research Institute rejected the request for suspension of execution against the city of Seoul, and the application for suspension of execution issued by the Unification of Christianity was rejected.

According to the decision of the court, the ban on the assembly of these groups remained in effect.

Earlier, the Christian Freedom and Unification Party reported that it would hold a rally during the upcoming March 1 holiday in places near Sarangjae in the Blue House.

Accordingly, when the Seoul Metropolitan Government imposed a ban on assembly for the prevention of Corona 19, these organizations filed an administrative lawsuit and applied for suspension of execution.

However, the court accepted part of the application for suspension of execution filed by the Free Korea National Team and Mr. Hwang Mo, respectively, in objection to the ban on the assembly, and ordered a rally to be held in India in the Gwanghwamun area on the condition that a maximum of 20 and 30 persons did not exceed. The number of cars and attendance was limited to 9 and 9, respectively.
