The prosecution is also raising the possibility of another blitz prosecution while the nervous war between the air defense and the prosecutors’ office over the handling of the case of District Prosecutor’s Office Lee Seong-yoon is escalating.

On the 7th of last month, Kim Jin-wook, the head of the high-ranking public officials criminal investigation, called the Seoul Central District Prosecutor General Lee Seong-yoon, who was the suspect in the former Vice Minister of Justice Kim Hak-ei case, to the airlift and conducted a separate interview investigation.

It was pointed out that it was inappropriate for the head of the investigative agency to interview the suspect in person, but the fact that Chief Prosecutor Kim was put into the government building in his own car was disclosed through CCTV screens.

It was unavoidable for security reasons, and it was clarified that the car was provided due to lack of vehicle equipment, but the controversy has not subsided.

Deputy Chief Kim hasn’t specifically stated why he had to burn this chief prosecutor from outside, or who first requested or suggested it.

Although the prosecution has transferred the case to the airlift and is re-transferred and investigated, it has emerged as a variable that the National Rights Commission recently requested the same case to be investigated by the airlift.

On this basis, there is room for the air defense agency to ask the prosecution to hand over the case again.

The fact that it is possible to prepare for the investigation by completing the recommendation of the general prosecutor following the review prosecutor puts weight on the possibility of direct investigation by the airlift.

However, the ongoing dispute over fairness is a big obstacle.

It is because, in a situation where the criticism of the’emperor interview’ continues, it is obvious that it is appropriate to investigate the prosecutor’s office by the airlift.

The prosecution is also considering a plan to prosecute the prosecutor in light before the air defense agency demands a resignation.
