One of the cases reported to have died after receiving the AstraZeneca vaccine was confirmed to have a blood clot.

This is the first time in Korea, and it is estimated that the relevance to vaccination is low.

The Korea Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (KCDC) Commissioner Jeong Eun-kyung said that employees are also receiving the AstraZeneca vaccine, and is planning to promote the vaccination schedule as scheduled.

A blood clot was found in one of the reported deaths related to the AstraZeneca vaccine.

A patient in her 60s nursing hospital, she died on the 6th after getting AstraZeneca vaccine on the 26th of last month.

Blood clots were reported by naked eyes, but it was the first time in Korea that a series of blood clots were confirmed overseas.

The vaccination promotion team will re-evaluate if specific matters are found as a result of the autopsy, but the vaccine and causality are currently believed to be low.

It was considered that the patient had been suffering from the underlying disease for a long time and died from breathing difficulties.

In addition, thrombosis is more than 100 per 100,000 people, and more than 500 people in their 80s, and for this reason, no cases have been recognized as being related to vaccines abroad.

If you sit or lie down for a long time, it is a common disease that can occur when you sweat a lot and become dehydrated.
