Most of the citizens on their way to work were walking around and slipping.

The snow accumulated in the cold air froze, creating an icy road.

There was no snow on the roads, so traffic levels on the way to work this morning weren’t very different from usual.

As of 8:30 in the morning, the average vehicle speed on major roads in Seoul is 21 km/h, and the city center maintains 19 km.

There must be a lot of people who left their car today.

The city of Seoul increased the number of public transportation services this morning, fearing the turmoil on the way to work.

From 7 a.m. to 9:30 a.m., subway operations were increased 36 times than usual, and the bus intensive dispatch time was extended by 30 minutes.

However, at around 7:30 in the morning, a problem occurred with the heating system of the train line 1 going to Cheongnyangni Station, and 1,000 passengers were inconvenient on their way to work.

At night, there was 4.3cm of snow in Seoul, 11.1cm in Paju, and 6.4cm in Suwon.

The Seoul Metropolitan Government issued the second stage of snow removal yesterday, and mobilized 9,000 people and 1,000 units of equipment, and began working on emergency jobs such as snow removal.

There were no traffic disruptions or major accidents that I was concerned about, but because of the intensive snowfall for a short time, in Jongno-gu, Seoul, there was an accident in which a vehicle turned over in snow.

The heavy snow warning issued yesterday in the Seoul and Gyeonggi areas was lifted as of this dawn, and the snow has already stopped, so there has been no turmoil on the way to work.
