Near the Jongno Gugi Tunnel in Seoul, there were accidents in which two lanes were controlled for a while due to an accident where a traffic light fell due to a strong wind around 12:50 today.

Also, the Meteorological Administration expects that the temperature will drop sharply as a cold wave comes immediately.

By tomorrow morning, based on the Seoul area, the estimated temperature is expected to drop to -12 degrees Celsius and the perceived temperature to -23 degrees Celsius.

At 9 p.m., the cold wave warning will be in effect in most regions of the country, including the metropolitan area.
