The number of corona19 confirmed patients in Korea came down to 400 again in four days.

The number of confirmed cases has declined for two consecutive days, but the quarantine authorities are still tense as the first weekend has come after the relief of social distancing.

As of 0 o’clock this morning, the number of new confirmed cases was 446.

After recording the 600 mark for two days in a row since the 17th, it came down to the 400 mark again in four days.

As for the infection route, domestic outbreaks were 414 and foreign inflows were 32.

By region, there were 315 patients in the metropolitan area, including 119 in Seoul, 161 in Gyeonggi-do, and 35 in Incheon.

Among these, 75 patients were confirmed as confirmed at the temporary screening office in the metropolitan area, accounting for 23%.

The number of confirmed cases outside the metropolitan area was in the order of 16 in Gyeongbuk and Chungbuk, 14 in Busan, and 12 in Chungnam.

The number of people who died from Corona 19 increased by 3 to 1,553, and the number of severely ill patients was 156, an increase of 3 from the previous day.

First, after recording the 600 mark for two days in a row, the number of confirmed cases has declined again after yesterday, and the fear of re-proliferation in earnest has slightly decreased.

However, the quarantine authorities believe that it is too early to conclude that the growth trend has completely halted, and plans to monitor the situation more until early next week.

This is because, in addition to family and acquaintance gatherings, group infections in multi-use facilities such as restaurants and academies are on the rise, raising a sense of crisis that Corona 19 could recirculate after the Lunar New Year holidays.

In particular, on the first weekend after the social distancing stage has eased, how well quarantine regulations can be followed is emerging as a variable.
