As of 0 o’clock today, there are 445 new cases in total.

There were 469 people yesterday, so I gave it a little over 20 people.

However, as the number of movements increased last weekend, with full-fledged vaccinations and several indicators that seem to have loosened, concerns about the spread of outbreaks remain.

There were 427 confirmed cases in Korea and 18 cases from overseas.

By region, there were 292 new patients in the metropolitan area, including 124 in Seoul, 155 in Gyeonggi, and 20 in Incheon.

Outside the metropolitan area, there were 35 in Gyeongnam, 23 in Gangwon, 15 in Jeonbuk, 13 in Daegu, and 13 in Chungnam.

The number of deaths increased by two more, but the number of severe gastric patients remained unchanged.

The vaccination goes well.

As of 0 o’clock, the number of vaccinations per day exceeds 18,000.

Accordingly, the cumulative inoculation number exceeded 640,000.

As the number of vaccinations increased significantly, 402 reports of adverse reactions were received a new day.

In addition, anxiety is growing as the news of yesterday that there were reports of’thrombosis’ among the vaccinated deaths.

The quarantine authorities stressed that the patient did not die due to the side effect of blood clots, but some point out that public anxiety is growing as the government has not kept its promise to transparently disclose all situations of vaccination before introducing the vaccine.

Deputy General Manager Jeon Hae-cheol started the morning script meeting, saying,’There has not been a case that has been acknowledged to be related to thrombosis so far, so we plan to promote the AstraZeneca vaccination as planned.

The government will make every effort to ensure that the vaccination proceeds safely and comfortably, and will do its best to manage adverse reactions after vaccination.’
