[사회]326 new confirmed corona19…downgrades from tomorrow

With concerns about the spread of Corona 19 on the Lunar New Year holiday, the number of new confirmed cases is still in the 300 range for two consecutive days.

In the midst of this, the government has decided to lower social distancing by one step from tomorrow and delay the opening hours of restaurants and cafes by one hour from 9 pm to 10 pm.

During the Lunar New Year holidays, I was watching with anxiety, and yesterday, the number of new confirmed cases decreased, right?

As of 0 o’clock today, there are 326 new cases.

36 people decreased from the previous day.

It is premature to judge that the spreading trend has declined as it seems to have been affected by the decrease in the number of tests due to the Lunar New Year holidays.

Looking at the route of infection, 304 outbreaks in Korea and 22 inflows from overseas.

By region, Seoul has 147 people, Gyeonggi-do 77, and Incheon 19, with 243 people in the metropolitan area alone.

Of these, 30 patients were tested positive at the temporary screening test in the metropolitan area.

Then there were 12 in Busan, 11 in Chungnam, 6 in Gyeongnam, and 5 in Gangwon, Chungbuk, and Jeonbuk.

Among the major cases of infection, 37 people were confirmed at Soonchunhyang University Hospital in Yongsan-gu, Seoul, and additional tests are in progress.

Depending on the test result, more confirmed cases may be found.

The number of foreign inflows was 22, including 7 confirmed at the quarantine stage.

The number of deaths from Corona 19 increased by 8 to 1,522, and the number of severely ill patients decreased by 1 to 156.

In the midst of this, the downward social distancing step will be implemented from tomorrow, right?

From tomorrow, the government has decided to lower the current distance by one step.

The metropolitan area goes down to step 2, and the non-metropolitan area goes down to step 1.5.

We also decided to delay the business hours of restaurants and cafes by one hour from 9pm to 10pm.

Entertainment facilities are also allowed to operate until 10 pm, provided they comply with the quarantine rules.

However, we decided to keep the ban on meetings with more than 5 people, but make exceptions for immediate family members.

This is because the third trend is still alive, with the trend of confirmed cases still not exceeding the 300-400 range.

In particular, there is a possibility of spreading foreign mutant viruses, so it is not possible to slow down the alertness of quarantine.
