12 entertainment establishments in Gangnam and Gangseo, Seoul, have confirmed violations of the rules.

During the daytime, frequent inspections are conducted in restaurants and cafes and other multi-use establishments.

There are many entertainment establishments on the street where I am out.

Last night in this Gangnam area, a joint inspection team made up of staff from the Seoul Metropolitan Government, the police, and the Korea Centers for Disease Control and Prevention conducted an emergency inspection.

The first inspection targets were 87 establishments, and 11 establishments were found.

In addition, 36 entertainment establishments were inspected in each district, including Gangseo-gu, Seoul, and one was found, revealing that all 12 were violating the rules only on the first day of the inspection.

There are 7 cases where the intestine was poorly written to record whether ventilation was periodically performed.

There were 3 cases where the mandatory electronic access list was poorly managed.

In addition, there was a case where the number of people allowed to use the establishment was not accurately specified at the entrance.

When I visit a restaurant or cafe, I use a lot of access lists by hand.

When two or more people visit, there will be many cases where one person writes a list and writes a few others in the remarks.

It has been customarily allowed, but now it must be completed by each and every visitor.

All of them are subject to crackdown, but these basic quarantine rules are now applied to all multi-use facility owners regardless of the social distancing stage.

In addition to wearing a mask and managing the list, there are 7 types in total, such as designating a quarantine manager within the facility.

In case of violation, a fine of 3 million won or less is imposed to the owner and 100,000 won or less to the user.

Food intake is allowed only in restaurants or cafes.

These matters are being regularly inspected by local governments that have jurisdiction over them.

In the case of Gangnam-gu here, there are an average of 40-50 complaints related to violations of the rules that come in a day, and crackdowns are being conducted around these businesses.
