It was an incident last night in Yeongjongdo, Incheon.

At about 9 o’clock last night, a report was filed with the 119 rescue unit that a 10-year-old A is not breathing in a multi-family house in Unnam-dong, Yeongjong-do, Incheon.

The reporter was Ms. B, the father of Ms. A.

Miss A fell down at dawn, but when I saw it in the evening, she had a cardiac arrest.

Rescuers who were dispatched after receiving the report performed CPR and moved Ms. A to the hospital, but Ms. A died.

But there were some strange things about Miss A.

It was too skinny for a 10-year-old child, and the circumstances of being abused, such as bruising all over the body, were clear.

Police dispatched with the rescue team confirmed this and arrested their parents, Mr. B, on charges of abusive and fatality.

In a police investigation, Mr. B was identified as the stepfather of Miss A, who died, and both mother A was found to have divorced from her ex-husband and then remarried with Mr. B.

There was an older brother at home that was one year older than Ms. A, but there was no sign of abuse.

It is said that Mr. B and Mrs. B are neither admitting nor denying the allegations of abuse of both A.

In order to determine the exact cause of the death, the police are considering a plan to request an autopsy of both A and Ms. A and apply for a warrant for arrest by applying a murder crime against Mr. B and Mrs. B.

In Incheon, there was a similar incident last year, right?

It was a case where a 6-year-old girl died with bruises all over her body.

At that time, an uncle and his wife were arrested for emergency and released, but this time a warrant was issued.

In August of last year, a 6-year-old C was found in an apartment in Jung-gu, Incheon, with a bruise all over her body and in a state of cardiac arrest.

The married couple who lived together reported to 119 saying that Ms. C was unconscious after vomiting and falling.

Ms. C was also moved to a nearby hospital, but she died.

It was found that Ms. C stayed with her mother in her mother’s house and was left with a married couple’s house in May last year, four months before her death.

The police found a bruise on Ms. C’s body at the time, and arrested the couple in an emergency, and released them without requesting an arrest warrant.

After six months of reinforcement investigation, I recently applied for an arrest warrant.

It is known that the married couple had never beaten their nephew during a police investigation, and that they did not know why they had bruises, and that they have denied the charges all the time.

However, the police applied for a warrant for arrest by obtaining an opinion of a forensic scientist and additional circumstantial evidence that Ms. C was likely to have died due to external force.

The court, which conducted the warrant review, issued an arrest warrant saying they feared destroying the evidence.

The police are expected to hand the case over to the prosecution sooner or later.
