In broad daylight, 50 cars drunk in a residential area in Seoul struck another vehicle in a row while trying to park.
After receiving the report, the police were dispatched, but they refused to be arrested and were also charged with disturbing the execution of public affairs by causing riots at the police box.

About 4:30 pm on the 20th of last month, a residential area in Seocho-dong, Seoul.
A black car arrives, and a surrogate driver gets off the driver’s seat.
Mr. Mo Kim, the car owner in his 50s, staggered from the rear seat.
Even at a glance, I was so drunk that I couldn’t control my body.
When the deputy driver leaves, Mr. Kim takes the steering wheel himself and tries to park.
Repeated sudden starts and sudden stops several times.
Eventually, it hits another vehicle one after another.
I barely entered the parking lot and hit the parked truck several times before stopping.
At that time, Kim’s blood alcohol concentration was 0.08%, which corresponds to a license cancellation.
