Looking at the reason why education management was so poor, it was in the guidelines of the Ministry of Health and Welfare.

According to the guidelines of the Ministry of Health and Welfare, the prevention of child abuse and the education of persons obligated to report are said to be irrelevant to anyone who educates them, as long as the essential content is included.

The person in charge of child abuse-related affairs at local governments or public institutions is the recommended standard of the instructor, but is not a required qualification.

Since you only need to submit a report on the results of your education to the local government, it is impossible to know even if the education is stupid.

The Children’s Rights Guarantee Agency under the Ministry of Health and Welfare, which is in charge of child abuse prevention education, also says that under the current guidelines, management and supervision are virtually impossible.

For this reason, it is pointed out that core education such as abuse prevention needs to be thoroughly managed, such as directly provided by government-affiliated organizations.
