[레이더P] Seok-yeol Yoon,’first 1st place’ outside the margin of error in the next presidential election

The results of a public opinion poll came out on the 28th that Prosecutor General Yoon Seok-yeol, who is in conflict with the government’s ruling party, has risen alone in preference for the next presidential candidate.

As a result of a survey of 2041 men and women aged 18 and over nationwide for four days from the 21st to the 24th by Real Meter, a specialized public opinion poll, Yoon took the first place with 23.9%. This is a 4.1 percentage point increase from the previous survey. However, the influence of the court’s decision to return to the office of President Yoon Seok-yeol was not reflected in this opinion poll as it came out late on the night of the 24th.

Together with Democratic Party President Lee Nak-yeon and Gyeonggi-do Governor Lee Jae-myung, Gyeonggi-do Governor Lee Nak-yeon recorded 18.2%, and tied for second place. The gap with President Yoon was 5.7 percentage points, widening beyond the margin of error. Representative Lee’s preference declined for eight consecutive months, breaking the 20% mark in one year and seven months.

The total preferences of the pan-opposition runners were also within the margin of error, but exceeded the total preferences of pan-passport runners. This is the first time since Real Meter first conducted a regular survey in November 2018. The total preference of the conservative and opposition runners was 45.6%, up 3.9 percentage points from last month. On the other hand, the sum of preferences of the Beomjinbo and passport holders recorded 45.0%, down 3.1 percentage points from last month.

Unlike President Yoon’s unstoppable rise in approval ratings, President Moon Jae-in’s approval ratings have hit the lowest level since the inauguration of the government.

As a result of a survey conducted by Real Meter for four days from the 21st to the 24th, the positive evaluation of President Moon’s state administration was counted to 36.7%, down 2.8 percentage points from the previous week. It reached the lowest level again in two weeks. The negative evaluation was 59.7%, up 2.0 percentage points.
