This is the appearance of KT AI Hotel that KT introduced through advanced digital technology based on artificial intelligence and robotics.

KT AI Hotel allows guests to control room lighting and appliances, listen to music, or use a concierge service through a hotel robot.

In the meantime, in order to use the service, it was necessary to use the remote control or face-to-face with the hotel front desk staff, but now it can be operated with just a voice command, so all services can be used non-face-to-face.

With Corona 19, hotels have increased their preference for non-face-to-face services, while the use of GiGA Genie is also increasing naturally.

According to KT, after Corona 19, as the time to stay in the room increased, the proportion of listening to music in the room through Gi Genie increased.

At the beginning of the Gi Genie service, the proportion of voice control and touch use was 65 to 35, but after Corona 19, it changed to 80 to 20, and the average monthly utterance increased by 63% from the previous year as of 2020.
