According to the document “National Image Enhancement Overseas Advertisement Promotion Plan (K Defense)” produced by the Public Relations Agency, this budget is “promoting the improvement of national image through overseas advertisements,” and “promoting a message of hope for overcoming Corona 19 and responding examples from Korea.
