According to an interview with Spotavi News on the 5th, former SBS announcer Taewook Kim was found dead at home on the 4th. 61 years old.

The cause of death was not disclosed, but it is believed to be an extreme option. However, SBS kept saying “I’m grasping the situation”.

As announcer Kim Tae-wook died suddenly, the shock of SBS insiders and acquaintances is in a very large state. In particular, the deceased performed normally on SBS Radio Love FM’Kim Tae-wook’s Pleasant Night (hereinafter referred to as Pleasant Night)’ until the day before his death. On the last 3rd broadcast, which was the last broadcast, he left the words “It will all work out”.

Announcer Kim Tae-wook is also well known as the younger brother of actor Kim Ja-ok, who died in 2014 after fighting cancer. Ja-ok Kim appeared on’Radio Star’ before her lifetime and boasted of affection for announcer Tae-wook Kim as “a younger brother like a son.”

Announcer Taewook Kim graduated from Sogang University’s English Literature, and began working as an announcer at CBS in 1987. After going through KBS, he joined SBS in March 1991 as an announcer. Since then,’Nightline’,’News Parade’,’News and Living Economy’, and’Live Broadcast Today’ have been held, and they have been loved by viewers for their reliable progress. He retired from retirement last year after serving as the director of the announcer team at SBS’s organizational room.
