After signing a contract for a fake product that was not used, a photo of a stolen internet shopping mall screen or a fake delivery photo was received and reported, and a price of 250 million won was paid.

A’s departure from the situation where there was no control around him continued drasticly for many years. B and C, who signed an unfair voluntary contract, have requested money from 2015 and received 127 million won. Mr. A, who also received 40 million won from D, another supplier of goods, put all over 160 million won into his account through a bank ATM.

B requested to lease a Grandeur IG vehicle with a monthly lease of about 1 million won, and drove it for more than two years. He also paid a salary of 37 million won by embedding a spouse at B’s company.

A claimed that some of the charges were different from the facts during the audit process by the Audit Office, but when he presented the relevant evidence, it was said that he eventually admitted most of the charges. An official from LH said, “A’s dismissal, we have finished careful measures for the manager,” and said, “We will strengthen management supervision to prevent further deviations from the researcher.”

Dae-Jung Kwon, a professor of real estate at Myongji University, said, “LH is being managed too modestly, and moral hazards have become widespread even for affiliated researchers. With this opportunity, the internal discipline should be corrected and the management supervision should be further strengthened.” .
