The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport also announced a ceiling on pre-sale prices, predicting that the pre-sale price would decrease by 5-10%. The same housing type of’Raemian Firstage’ (2444 households occupied in 2009) across Sinbanpo-ro currently has an actual transaction price of 3.1 billion won.
