GOT7 recently concluded an exclusive contract with JYP Entertainment. Seven years have passed since their debut in 2014 (the maximum validity period for the exclusive contract in the standard contract). The ‘2021 Golden Disc’ awards ceremony is the last group activity.

JYP earlier showed a cautious stance on the members’ transfer theory. They are discussing various angles for the survival of the group. However, although one or two members recently showed their intention to renew the contract, they said that it should be a team.
