In response, Seongnam City said, “Please don’t doubt the process by just looking at the results.” Today, we report on the recorded file we have obtained why we have no choice but to doubt the process. Seongnam City said in writing, “We cannot answer detailed questions,” and “it is not in common sense that the person with the right of appointment is entrusting personnel rights to outsiders.”
