The judge said, “The defendant, Mr. Jo, indicated the false facts with arbitrary speculation,” and said, “By producing and posting a video different from the actual scene of the forced harassment, the victim appears to have made a false statement.” “It seems that Mr. Cho complained of the resentment of forced harassment and committed the crime, but after the second trial, he was dissatisfied with the judgment and committed the crime.” I did,” he explained.

During the filming of the movie’No Love’ in April 2015, Cho Duk-je was handed over to trial on charges of contacting body parts, such as tearing underwear and putting his hand in his pants, in a situation where he did not agree with the other actor Ban Min-jung. In 2018, the Supreme Court sentenced Cho Deok-je to one year in prison, two years probation, and completing a 40-hour sexual violence treatment program.

However, even after the conviction, Cho Deok-je was handed over to the trial for continuing slander and spreading false information on social media with his wife, Jeong, and was convicted.
