The number of confirmed cases related to the missionary facility in Sangju, Gyeongsangbuk-do, and the BTJ World Center is increasing to nearly 800. After Shincheonji and Sarangjeil Church, it is the third largest due to infection of religious facilities. The problem is, the people who have been here keep hiding. I will focus on why this is happening.

First, reporter Sora Lim reports who is the missionary Paul Choi who is leading this place.

Sangju BTJ World Center is operated by the missions organization Intercorp.

Mr. Paul Choi, the missionary leading Intercorp, has introduced himself as an expert in Islam and Middle East.

“I have been doing missionary work in Islam since I was in college, and I have been in school. I have been doing it for 40 years.”

However, there were still suspicions of involvement in a big mission-related event.

In 2007, a representative case was the kidnapping and murder of a believer at Saemmul Church in Bundang.

Choi also appeared in the press as the secretary-general of an organization at the time and said that it had nothing to do with Intercorp.

In 2017, a Chinese missionary was murdered in Pakistan.

The Chinese government announced they were part of Intercorp.

They even went to the sacred sites of other religions and stepped on the ground to sing Christian praise.

Recently, I had a relationship with Jeon Kwang-hoon, pastor of Sarangjeil Church.

We also made encouragement visits to places where Chun fasted.

Mr. Jeon said he was trying to help Intercorp and he came to encourage him to the event.

Choi said the legalization of homosexuality was unconvincing to the public.

In 2019, I was actively engaged in external activities until recently, such as giving a special lecture at a discussion on homosexuality hosted by the Free Korean Party.
