The company of his son and his wife, who grew up in this way, received other help from his father, Rep. Kang Ki-yoon. He borrowed billions of won from his father’s company and bought a real estate worth 10 billion won without spending a penny. It is also controversial that I got a small business loan while buying this land.

It is the site of the Jinhae factory in Gyeongnam.

Iljin Forging, whose wife and son are co-largest shareholders of Congressman Ki-yoon Kang, bought the land here for about 10 billion won in 2018.

I tracked where the money came from.

I received a corporate loan of 8.4 billion won from IBK and 2.9 billion won from Iljin Metal, the parent company.

He bought 10 billion won land without spending a penny of his own money.

However, this land is not on the list of lawmaker Kang’s official property declarations.

Because I bought it under the corporate name.

The Busan Jinhae Special Economic Zone is created within 15 minutes by car from the land purchased by Iljin Forging.

The second new port in Busan is also under construction.

However, Assemblyman Kang explained that it was not a real estate speculation as a normal business activity for the factory relocation.

It was said that money borrowed from Iljin Metals paid normal interest under the tax law.

However, as a result of the interview, there has been no movement related to the construction of the factory here for several years.

They even sold some of the land.

In response, Assemblyman Kang explained again that the factory construction was delaying due to consultations with local governments and that they were selling some due to financial expenses.
