[단독]文 Sister’s land farmland, mostly trait change… Paid KRW 68.78 million

It was found that the husband and wife of President Moon Jae-in changed the farmland in Jisan-ri, Hebuk-myeon, Yangsan-si, Gyeongsangnam-do, for the purpose of living after retirement, and paid 68.87 million won for farmland conservation. Farmland Conservation Charges are for securing financial resources for the conservation and management of farmland, which is a limited resource, and must be paid to the Korea Rural Community Corporation before the exclusive permit is issued. The contribution is 30% of the officially announced land price per square meter of the farmland.

Most of the farmland of 1,555 pyeong was changed in character

According to the payment details of the farmland preservation charge submitted by the Korea Rural Community Corporation on the 15th to the Office of the People’s Power of the People Byung-Gil Ahn, President and Mrs. Moon paid 687,816,000 won for the 1864m2 of farmland (363-4) in the sister’s site. The farmland was initially 1871m2, but the area was slightly reduced to 1844.9m2 through cadastral re-examination last year. It seems that the area before the cadastral re-examination was taken as a standard in the process of calculating the contribution, and there is a possibility that some of the farmland did not change the traits as much as the difference of 1871㎡ and 1864㎡ in total.

In addition, according to the data, the Presidential Security Service also paid 52 million and 5,470 won in farmland preservation charges for the three farmland areas in Jisan-ri that were purchased to build a security facility for President Moon’s sister-in-law. This means that the farmland owned by the Security Agency has received permission to change the trait. The farmland purchased by the security agency was confirmed to be 3295.9㎡ (997 pyeong) of three lots, including 360-6 Jisan-ri (1232㎡), 363 (1000㎡), and 363-6 (1063.9㎡). There are no legal restrictions on the acquisition and conversion of farmland by state agencies.

The purchase site of President Moon and his wife and the presidential guard is 6005.8m2 (1817 pyeong), all known to date. Of these, the area of 5140.8㎡ (1555 pyeong), or 85.6%, was farmland, but most of the land was changed to land through this transformation. In a phone call with the JoongAng Ilbo on the day, a key member of the Blue House said, “Not all farmland has been transformed. There are some fields, but that part remains unchanged and is used for gardening.”

Rep. Ahn Byung-gil said, “The farmland purchased for farming has changed its use in less than a year.” It has become,” he criticized.

野 “Are you farming on asphalt roads”

Meanwhile, the political battles related to President Moon’s 11-year farming experience continued on this day.

President Moon chose’Agricultural Management’, which means that he intends to build farming in the future, rather than’farm land use’, in the’Purpose of Acquisition’ section of the’Purpose of Acquisition’, which was prepared to purchase Jisan-ri farmland. In addition, in the farming plan submitted together, he reported that he had been’vigilant’ for the number of lost waters in 76㎡ (3 lots) set as’Ap’ in the current sister site in Maegok-dong, Yangsan-si, which was purchased in 2009.

In this regard, Roh Young-min, former Blue House secretary, appeared on a radio on the day and argued that “it is not a false description at all” and that “the past farming experience in the process of acquiring farmland does not interfere with acquisition.” He said, “People who have visited Yangsan (Maegok-dong) know everything about the field at the entrance to the presidential house. Farming is what we build in the field there, he added.

The opposition also came out against this. In a commentary on the day, Kim Eun-hye, spokesman for People’s Power, said, “If you look at (President Moon’s) agricultural management plan, it is called ’11 year farmer. Much of the land called farmland is roads. The people of course have no choice but to raise questions about how to farm on asphalt.”

In fact, in the national geospatial information portal operated by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, some of the three parcels that President Moon wrote as farming appear on the road, not on the rice paddies. In this regard, Rep. Ahn Byung-gil also released a transcript of a call with an official in Yangsan City in September last year in a question to the government of the National Assembly. According to the transcript, when an assistant to Congressman Ahn asked, “Has Maegok-dong 30-2, 3, and 4 been incorporated into the road?” the city official said, “(The lot is) the right road. The owner before President Moon should have turned it into a road, but he missed that step. It is a road, but the point is made up of rice paddies.”
