The daytime temperature on Tuesday, the 5th, is expected to be as cold as normal (lowest in the morning to -12 to 0 degrees Celsius and highest in the daytime at 1 to 9 degrees Celsius), but it is expected to increase from daytime. Fine dust is at a’normal’ level and in some areas it may snow or rain until morning.

The Meteorological Administration predicted on the 4th that the whole country was affected by the high pressure that expands in northern China, and then gradually affected by the pneumatic bone moving southeast near Bohai Bay in China from night.

The lowest temperature in the morning is expected to be -13 to 3 degrees, and the highest temperature in the daytime is expected to be -5 to 7 degrees. The next day (6th) morning, the lowest temperature can be taken to as low as -19 degrees, so from the afternoon of this day (5th), mercury wine will drop sharply.

The estimated minimum morning temperature for each region is △Seoul -7 degrees △Chuncheon -8 degrees △Gangneung -1 degrees △Daejeon -5 degrees △Daegu -1 degrees △Busan 3 degrees △Jeonju -2 degrees △Gwangju 0 degrees △Jeju 6 degrees.

The highest temperature during the day is △Seoul -3 degrees △Chuncheon -2 degrees △Gangneung 2 degrees △Daejeon -1 degrees △Daegu 3 degrees △Busan 7 degrees △Jeonju 0 degrees △Gwangju 1 degrees △Jeju 7 degrees.

The whole country is generally cloudy, and the central region gradually clears from daytime, and the southern region is occasionally cloudy. The snowfall expected from 6 pm on the 4th to 9 am on the 5th is 1~3cm in the central and southern part of Gangwon-do, the inland of Chungcheong, the inland of Jeonbuk, the mountains of Jeju (until 3pm on the 5th), the 5th west coast, Ulleungdo, and Dokdo. It is about 1cm in the metropolitan area, the northern part of Yeongseo, Gangwon, the west coast of Chungnam, the inland of Gyeongbuk, and the northern part of Jeonnam.

Estimated precipitation during the same period was less than 5 mm in the central region (excluding Yeongdong, Gangwon), Jeonbuk, northern Jeonnam, inland Gyeongbuk, Jeju (until 3pm in May), the West Sea, and Ulleungdo.

According to the Korea Environment Corporation and the National Institute of Environmental Sciences under the Ministry of Environment, the concentration of fine dust is’good’ to’normal’ in all areas due to smooth air diffusion.

The wave of the sea is forecast to be 0.5-2.0m off the west and east seas, and 0.5-1.5m off the south sea. I will go up to 2.5m in the far sea in the west and south seas, and up to 4.0m in the far sea in the East Sea.
