The rain will expand to the eastern part of Jeonbuk, Jeonnam region, southern Gyeongbuk region, and Gyeongnam region in the morning, and it will rain in the afternoon in the southern part of Chungcheong region. Most will stop at night, but the Jeonnam region, Gyeongnam region, and Jeju Island are expected to continue until morning of the 24th.

From the afternoon of the 22nd to the morning of the 24th, the estimated precipitation is 20 to 60 mm in Jeju Island, and 10 to 30 mm in the mountains of Yeongdong, Gangwon Province, northeastern Gyeongbuk and the east coast of Gyeongbuk. It will rain around 5 mm in the Gyeongnam area (excluding the southern coast) and the eastern part of Jeonbuk, and about 1 mm in the southern Chungcheong area and the southern Gyeongbuk area.

From the afternoon of the 22nd to the afternoon of the 24th, there will be 5-20 cm of snow in the mountains of Gangwon (more than 30 cm in many places), 3-8 cm in the northeast of Gyeongbuk, and 1-5 cm in the east coast of the northern part of Gangwon.

The lowest temperature in the morning is 0-10 degrees Celsius, and the highest temperature in the daytime is 5 to 13 degrees Celsius. The concentration of fine dust is expected to be good to normal in all areas. However, some metropolitan areas and Chungcheong areas will temporarily show bad levels in the morning.

On the east coast, there may be places where high waves caused by swells cross a breakwater or a white sand beach. The waves of the sea will rise from 1.0 to 3.5 m off the east sea, 0.5 to 1.5 m off the west sea, and 0.5 to 3.0 m off the south sea. The wave height of the far sea is expected to be 1.0 to 4.0 m in the east and south seas, and 0.5 to 3.0 m in the west sea.
