Contrary to the original expectations, it decided to completely withdraw from management without taking on unregistered executives. Earlier, Honorary Chairman Chung resigned from the positions of directors of Hyundai Steel and Hyundai E&C in 2014 and 2018, respectively, and in March of last year, he handed over the chairmanship of the board of directors of Hyundai Motors to his son Eui-sun Eui-sun, chairman of Hyundai Motor Group.

◆”Adu MK” Hyundai Motor Company to step down from the front line in 51 years
