However, it is expected that there will be places where the rain turns into snow at night, so it is necessary to be careful about the first commute to work after the holiday season, and the road slip accident.

Three days, the first day of March when spring begins, but the Yeongdong region of Gangwon-do has turned into a world of white snow, as if the season is going backwards.

A heavy snow warning was issued in the Yeongdong region and a heavy snow warning was issued in other Gangwon regions. During the day, a lot of snow accumulated around 30cm.

Even in inland areas such as Seoul this year, the largest amount of rain has fallen this year, helping to relieve dryness and overcome the heights of wildfires.

However, as the temperature drops overnight, heavy snowfall of 50cm or more is expected to fall further in the Yeongdong area, so it is necessary to be careful about damage to facilities such as green houses.

In addition, a lot of snow is expected with a maximum of 15 cm in the mountains of Yeongseo, Gangwon and northeastern Gyeongbuk, and up to 8 cm in some inland areas such as northeastern Gyeonggi.

In Seoul, it seems that there are many places in the metropolitan area where rain turns into snow, such as snow falling within 1cm and accumulating.

Therefore, there is a concern that the risk of accidents on the first commute to work after the holidays, rain and snow slip accidents will increase.
