The strongest cold wave has arrived this winter this morning.

Currently, the temperature in Seoul has dropped to -11.7 degrees Celsius, showing the lowest temperature this winter.

It is 14 degrees lower than yesterday, and the temperature of the experience plummeted to around -20 degrees below zero.
