As this snow is expected to continue until tomorrow, traffic congestion on the road to work is concerned.

Let’s start with the cold. The temperature has dropped to around -10 degrees Celsius again?

Yes, with the temperature dropping more than yesterday, the temperature in Seoul this morning hit -10.8 degrees Celsius.

The daytime temperature will also stay below zero, and the perceived temperature will be lower than this, so it will stay below zero.

However, this strong cold is unlikely to last as long as last time.

This week, it is expected that the cold will go up and down around -10 degrees Celsius until the middle of the year and then exceed the usual temperature again from the second half.

However, as the temperature fluctuates greatly, immunity tends to decline, so it is likely that health care should be taken care of.

Is there snow forecast from night?

Yes, it is.

Snow clouds are expected to flow in from the night following the strong cold.

During the day, after a little snow continues to the west coast, it is expected that snow will accumulate in the central and western regions including the metropolitan area at night.

This snow will grow stronger from the dawn of tomorrow and will continue until the afternoon, and heavy snow warnings are expected to be issued throughout the metropolitan area and other parts of the interior.

The area where the most snow is expected is the south central region of Yeongseo, Gangwon, where heavy snowfall of up to 15cm or more will pour.

In the other areas of Gangwon, the eastern part of Gyeonggi, the northern part of Chungbuk and the eastern part of Jeonbuk, there will be up to 10cm of snow, and 2~7cm of snow will come to Seoul.

In particular, the duration of this snowfall is long, and the snow cloud is expected to gradually strengthen, so the situation is likely to worsen than the snow on the way home on the 6th.

In addition, traffic congestion is a concern as it is expected that there will be many places with snow on the way to work tomorrow morning amid the cold.

As it seems that there are many places where the snow that has fallen due to low temperatures will freeze and form an ice sheet, thorough preparation for road slip accidents is necessary.
