Yes, with the temperature dropping more than yesterday, the temperature in Seoul this morning hit -10.8 degrees Celsius.

The temperature during the day stays in the sub-zero range, while the cold wind blows, and the perceived temperature is around -5 degrees Celsius.

The temperature will rise for a while tomorrow, but the temperature in Seoul will drop to -13 degrees on Tuesday, and the cold will continue around -10 degrees Celsius until Wednesday morning.

However, this strong cold will not last as long as the last time, and it is expected that the warmer weather will continue in the second half of the week than usual in the second half of the week, exceeding the normal temperature from the daytime on Wednesday.
