A team of experts from the World Health Organization (WHO), which is conducting field research in Wuhan, China, has visited fish markets, hospitals, and research institutes.
Zoologist Peter Dazak, a member of the investigative team, said in a video interview with Bloomberg News that he found important clues in the fish market.
During the investigation, Dr. Dazak emphasized that “a visit to the Huanan Fish Market, located in downtown Wuhan, was particularly useful.”
It is known that the first outbreak of the COVID-19 outbreak occurred in December 2019.
In the prolific angry market, meat including wild animals along with seafood was sold. Considering that market merchants and customers were infected, Corona 19 could have been transmitted from animals to humans.
