In the talks between the US and Japan, the diplomatic and defense ministers’ talks were based on North Korea’s nuclear threat and response to China.

US Secretary of State Blincoln said at a press conference after the talks that he received various opinions from allies, experts and former ministers on the North Korean nuclear issue.

He then stressed that it is important to respond with South Korea and Japan, saying that they are reviewing their policies toward North Korea, including means of pressure on North Korea.
