With more than 40,000 corona19 confirmed cases a day, France entered the third national blockade, but the area around the Seine River in Paris on a holiday was crowded.

Russia also held a large marathon, straining the quarantine authorities.

There are many differences from the Korean people’s compliance with quarantine regulations.

France was imposed with a national blockade for the third time since the weekend following March and October of last year.

This action is strong enough to limit movement between areas for at least 4 weeks and close school doors.

Nevertheless, the area around the Seine in Paris on holidays was crowded.

On Sunday, in Moscow, Russia, a marathon was held to mark the beginning of spring.

More than 5,000 people attended.

More people attended than before the coronavirus.

No mask was worn.

In Russia, there were 8,800 corona19 confirmed cases a day alone.

More than 225,000 people have died from Corona 19 so far.
