[국제]EU “legal action to disrupt vaccine supply”…Some buy vaccines from Russia and China

As there is a disruption in the supply of the Corona 19 vaccine in Europe, countries are protesting.

In some regions, vaccinations are even stopped, and legal actions are being reviewed against vaccine suppliers.

There are even countries that are turning to Russia and China, which are controversial for safety.

The situation in Europe’s vaccine shortage is serious.

In Madrid, Spain last week, vaccinations for healthcare workers were stopped.

Vaccination has also stopped in Germany and parts of Italy.

EU member states have recently stated that their vaccine supply has been reduced by 20-50% from plan.

The impact of Pfizer’s reduction in supply to expand production facilities is large.

In this situation, the supply of AstraZeneca vaccine is expected to be given, and an emergency has occurred.

Italy has criticized it as a serious breach of contract and has said it will seek legal action.

Poland and Austria also say they will take action against delays in vaccine supply.

Following the backlash from each country, the EU also said it would review all possible means.

Hungary has also signed a contract for 2 million doses of Russian vaccines.
