After 30 years of cold wave, power outages and traffic accidents occurred everywhere, and the White House declared a federal emergency.

An unusual winter storm warning in effect in Texas, USA.
A federal emergency was also declared as the temperature dropped from 2 degrees Celsius to -22 degrees Celsius in one day.
In the Texas capital Houston area, 3 million people stayed overnight in the dark due to a cold outage.
Nearby airports were also closed due to bad weather.
The highway was blocked one after another due to sudden snow.
The U.S. National Meteorological Administration predicts that there will be an average of 5 to 15 centimeters of snow accumulation throughout Texas, and 30 centimeters of heavy snowfall in some northern regions.
