[국제]British government “Corona 19 mutation fatality rate from UK is higher”

A study has shown that a mutant virus from the UK, which has a stronger spread than the existing Corona 19 virus, may have a higher fatality rate.

There is a growing concern because of the recent spread of variation from the UK around the world.

The British government has confirmed that the mutant virus from the UK that causes COVID-19 is not only more spreading, but may also have a higher fatality rate.

According to the Washington Post on the 14th local time, British academia believes that the UK mutant virus could be 30-70% more lethal, based on the results of a follow-up study released by the British government on the 12th.

British government researchers pulled together multiple databases across the UK to investigate COVID-19 infections on a larger scale than previous studies.

The analysis showed that those infected with the British mutant virus were severely worsening and had a higher rate of going to the hospital.

The report pointed out that the British mutant virus is associated with an increased risk of hospitalization and death when compared to other corona19 viruses.

This is contrary to the results of earlier research that the UK government suggested that mutant viruses can be up to 70% more contagious than conventional viruses, but do not increase the fatality rate.

The UK mutant virus began to spread rapidly in parts of the UK from the end of last year.

The mutant virus from the UK has grown to more than 80 countries beyond becoming the dominant variant across the UK, confirming its strong transmission over the next few weeks.

It is also spreading in the United States, the country with the largest COVID-19 outbreak.

Six new confirmed mutant viruses in Korea were also confirmed to be infected with the mutant virus from the UK.

There is growing concern about the global spread of the UK mutant virus.
