12 people were killed in the shooting of the Myanmar military yesterday, right?

According to Myanmar local media outlets Myanmanau and Irrawaddy, it is known that 12 protesters against the coup were killed yesterday (11th) due to the bloody suppression of the military and police across Myanmar.

Seven people died in Miyaing in the central region, three of whom were under the age of 30, residents said.

In the second city of Mandalay, a 19-year-old student died in the crackdown, and in nearby Mingzan, a young man in his 20s was also killed by bullets from the rioters.

In addition, one person died in Yangon, the largest city.

The 12 deaths per day yesterday was the highest since the deaths of 38 people across Myanmar on the 3rd.

Tom Andrews, UN Special Rapporteur in Myanmar, told the UN Human Rights Council on the 11th that at least 70 people have been killed since the military coup on the 1st of last month, of which more than half were 25 years old or younger.

Amnesty International, an international human rights organization, criticized in its report that “the military is using deadly tactics and weapons found only on the battlefield against peaceful protesters and passers-by, and many of the killings correspond to extrajudicial executions according to plans.” .

The UN Security Council unanimously adopted a statement condemning the Myanmar military on the 10th local time.

Members of the Security Council criticized the bloody crackdown of the Myanmar military targeting peace protesters and urged them to refrain from reckless use of violence.

However, foreign media pointed out that the statement has been regressed considerably compared to the UK-led draft.

The draft circulated by Britain used the word coup to condemn it and contained a warning of sanctions under the UN Charter, but all were omitted in the statement.

Myanmar’s military eventually added corruption charges to state adviser Aung San Suu Kyi, creating a justification for a sentence of up to 24 years in prison, right?

Brigadier General Jo Min Thun, spokesman for the military regime in Myanmar, claimed yesterday that Suu Kyi’s adviser received $600,000 from the governor of Yangon, about 680 million won in our money, and 11.2 kg of gold.

The shame adviser has already been charged with 4 charges including violation of the Import and Export Act, violation of the Natural Disaster Act, agitation, and violation of the Telecommunications Act.

In addition, if you are convicted of bribery, you will be sentenced to an additional 15 years in prison, and all of them can be sentenced to 24 years in prison.

Myanmar’s military accusations of bribery on shame tortures are interpreted with the intent to justify the coup and detention of shame tortures, and to block the possibility of a political resurgence of shame tortures.
