A firearms incident occurred at a grocery store in Colorado, USA, killing 10 people, including the police.

On the afternoon of the 22nd local time, several gunfires rang inside the King Superus building, a grocery store in Boulder, Colorado, USA.

People who heard the sound of shooting came out to shop and ran out of the building.

The police who were dispatched entered through the roof and evacuated the hidden people from the building.

The shooting killed 10 people, including one policeman.

After confrontation at the scene of the incident, the police arrested and detained a leading shooting suspect.

The suspect is currently being treated in a hospital, police said.

Local broadcast cameras spotted a man pulled out of a grocery store in handcuffs after the shooting, but police did not confirm whether the man was a suspect.

When the man was taken to an ambulance by the police, the man was naked, with his torso exposed, and he was limping with blood on his legs.

The police said they were investigating the suspect and that the specific motive for the crime was not disclosed.

CNN broadcast cited police officials and said the suspect appears to have used an AR-15 rifle at the time of the crime.
