[공시가격]’The Penthouse Cheongdam’, the most expensive apartment in the country… Disclosure Price 16.3 billion won

Among the apartment houses this year, the most expensive place was’The Penthouse Cheongdam’ in Cheongdam-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul.

According to the ‘2021 public housing public price (proposal)’ announced by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport on the 15th, the publicly announced price of 407.71㎡ of’The Penthouse Cheongdam’ (hereinafter referred to as exclusive area) was estimated at 16.32 billion won. The price per pyeong (3.3㎡) is equivalent to 132 million won.

The Penthouse Cheongdam is an apartment completed by Hyundai E&C last year and consists of 29 households in 3 buildings. It is known as a top-notch apartment with a view of the Han River and a hotel-class tenant service.

The 273.64㎡ of’Traum House 5th’ in Seocho-dong, Seocho-gu, rose 4.4% from 6.92 billion won last year to 7.298 billion won this year.

The third place is’Hyosung Villa Cheongdam 101 (Bldg A)’ in Cheongdam-dong, and the public price of 247.03㎡ is 7 billion 64 million won. The 4th and 5th place were 273.14㎡ and 214.95㎡, respectively, with’Sangji Ritzville Kyle Room’ in Samseong-dong, Gangnam-gu, estimated at 739 billion won and 711 billion won respectively.

In addition,’Hannam-dong Hannam The Hill’ in Yongsan-gu, which was second in last year, was placed in the 6th place. The 244.78㎡ of’Hannam-dong Hannam The Hill’ has an official price of 7 billion won this year, a 6.6% increase from the previous year (6.56 billion won).

Meanwhile, among the top 10 apartments in the list price, Gangnam-gu was the most, followed by two in Yongsan-gu, followed by one each in Seocho-gu and Seongdong-gu.
