A woman in her 40s won a subscription for an apartment in the metropolitan area shortly after marrying B, a man in her 30s, who has three children last year.
It was possible because there were 6 dependents, so the subscription point increased.
However, immediately after winning the subscription, they divorced, and Mr. B and his three children moved back to their original home.
In Mr. A’s small house, it was revealed that not only these people, but also all eight people, including Mr. A’s cohabitation, registered residents together.
After all, it seems that from the beginning, they were married only on paper for the purpose of an apartment and then divorced.
The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport conducted on-site inspections of 21 apartment complexes nationwide that were sold in the first half of last year and uncovered 197 suspected cases of fraudulent subscription.
There were 134 cases of camouflage transfer, followed by sales of subscription passbooks, transfer of subscription qualifications, and undercover marriage.
As house prices continue to rise, so-called’lottery subscriptions’, which allow you to see enormous market profits if you win, are continuing, so illegal cases are continuing.
Along with this, suspected cases of illegal supply by business entities such as construction companies and sales agencies were also caught in three complexes.
It was a method of manipulating the list of winners to illegally win the ineligible winners or to supply the remaining amount due to abandonment of the contract.
