To stabilize the real estate market, the government announced a plan to supply 830,000 homes nationwide on the 4th.

Target areas include underdeveloped station areas, semi-industrial areas, and aged residential areas.

Taking this into account, the government announced a follow-up measure to the 2·4 housing supply.
First of all, it was decided to revise the’Special Act on Public Housing’ for the promotion of urban public housing maintenance projects by next month.
In particular, it was decided to select a candidate for a veiled public housing project in July.
The planned development sites will be confirmed in Seoul, Gyeonggi-Incheon and local metropolitan cities.
