A measure to eradicate high-intensity speculation to prevent the recurrence of the LH incident was prepared by the high-ranking party, government, and government councils.

First, it was decided to expand the subject of property registration to all public officials.

Currently, the property registration system, which is applied to public officials of level 4 or higher, has been expanded to all public officials including level 9 in order to prevent corruption of public officials.

Public officials in charge of real estate-related business are in principle restricted from acquiring new real estate in business-related areas.

For LH employees, we decided to further strengthen the control system, such as implementing a property registration system and restricting the acquisition of new real estate.

Since the consolidation of Jugong and Earthworks in 2009, the LH crisis was caused by problems such as the enlargement of the monopoly organization and low ethical consciousness.

It also announced that it will fundamentally reorganize the land compensation system so that real estate speculators will not step back.
