The participation of large-scale reconstruction complex associations such as Gangnam, which had expected private-led development for decades, is expected to determine the victory or defeat of this policy.

Redevelopment and redevelopment projects that the public directly implement, such as LH, which will supply a total of 136,000 units, also put’speed’ ahead.

Where there is a maintenance association, a maintenance business can be started at the request of a majority of the members.

The period of business that used to take 13 years or more can be reduced to within 5 years due to the omission of administrative disposition authorization.

In order to block the inflow of speculative forces, the projected area is designated as a land transaction permission area.
